This page explains how to request deletion of your Nyanyiku account and the data associated with it. Nyanyiku is developed and operated by the AI-ku team.
The fastest way to delete your account:
Your account is deactivated immediately and your data is permanently removed within the timeframe described below.
If you can no longer access the app, send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".
We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may contact you at the registered email to confirm the request.
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
For legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, we retain a limited record of completed purchase transactions (date, amount, and order reference — without profile details) for the period required by applicable Indonesian law, typically up to 5 years. This data is not used to identify or contact you after deletion.
Uploaded audio files that are still being processed are automatically deleted within 30 days regardless of account status.
Credit purchases are processed through Google Play. Deleting your Nyanyiku account does not delete your Google account or your Google Play purchase history. Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
