By downloading, installing, or using Nyanyiku, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Nyanyiku provides AI-powered music services including karaoke generation, voice covers, style covers, and lyrics extraction. Services require credits which can be purchased through the app.

User Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Credits & Payments

Credits are required to use AI services
Credit purchases are non-refundable
Credits are automatically refunded if a job fails
Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
Payments are processed securely through Midtrans

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload copyrighted content without authorization
Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools to access the service

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload
AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use
The Nyanyiku brand, logo, and technology remain our property

Limitation of Liability

Nyanyiku is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
